We love the Summer Olympics! And they’re hosted in London this year. So what better day to spotlight Eric’s London painting.

The 2012 Summer Olympic Games are hosted this year in one of the world’s most beautiful cities, London! They started July 27 and will continue until August 12. It’s just not possible to sit and watch every day all day, so we’re recording everything and watching bits and pieces when we get a chance. What a thrill!

Dave and Randi Powell commissioned the painting of London. It was a sentimental place for Dave especially because he served an LDS mission there years earlier.

Look close and find the name Powell in the painting. You may also see a few missionary vignettes from Dave’s time there.
